Cancellation Policy
At DEARHEALS Wellness Pvt. Ltd., we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
How to Request Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, customers should contact our customer support team as soon as possible with the following details:
Order ID
Registered mobile number or email address
Reason for cancellation
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be applicable if payment has not been made.
Company Rights
DEARHEALS Wellness Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Errors in pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Operational or technical issues
In such cases, customers will be informed and applicable refunds, if any, will be processed accordingly.
