Refund policy

At DEARHEALS Wellness, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We take utmost care to deliver high-quality products in safe and hygienic condition.

Due to the personal care, wellness, nutrition, and consumable nature of many of our products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, in genuine and valid cases, we may offer a replacement, return, or refund subject to verification and approval.

Eligible Cases for Return/Replacement/Refund

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following circumstances:

Product received is damaged or leaked
Wrong product delivered
Product is missing from the order
Product received is expired or defective
Package received in tampered condition
Conditions for Claim

To process any return or refund request, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos/videos of the product and package must be shared as proof
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Invoice/order details must be provided
Items should not be under Non-Returnable Items classification

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Products purchased during special offers, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns (unless damaged or defective)
Dissatisfaction due to personal taste, fragrance, texture, or individual results
Refund Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved by our support team:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
In certain cases, a replacement product may be provided instead of a refund
Company Rights

DEARHEALS Wellness reserves the final right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after reviewing the claim and supporting evidence.
